This is a new hotel in Las Palmas, just on the corner of the Santa Catalina Park. They call it a sustainable hotel as it has all the latest technology for heating, water, electricity etc. It's small and cosy and possibly, the best part of it is the restaurant located on the 4th floor. We went for lunch today and had an amazing meal. If you get the chance to go, make sure you do. You will not be disappointed.
