Mi SIL has a finca up in the mountains somewhere and when my wife goes there to help out a little, she always brings back some bounty. A couple of peppers and many mandarins, which albeit look a little green, are ripe and lovely. The lack of orange colour is because they came off the tree yesterday and have not been in refrigeration for 2 months. You can only eat such delicacies in the country of origin.
